THSN (The Hood Shopping Network) is operated by Zorrilla Life Consulting LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. Questions go to info@thsn.shop: a real person reads them.
What we collect
When you buy something. Your name, email, shipping address and order contents. Card details go directly to Stripe: they never touch our servers and we never see your full card number.
When you browse. Standard analytics: pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, and where you arrived from. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh; it stays on your device until you clear it.
Where you came from. If you reach us from a link we've tagged (a `utm_source` parameter, or a `fbclid` from a Meta link), we store those tags in your browser so we can tell which posts and ads actually work.
When you allow ad measurement. Secure checkout may pass your browser user-agent and network address to Stripe order metadata so a completed purchase can be reported to Meta's Conversions API. These fields are used only for consent-controlled conversion measurement and are not included in customer emails or operating reports.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use the following services to operate the shop, fulfill orders, and measure performance:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Printful: printing and shipping. They receive your name, address and what you ordered, because they're the ones putting it in a box.
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, and the email that confirms your order.
- Google Analytics: aggregate traffic measurement.
- Meta: consent-controlled ad and storefront measurement, including page views, product activity, purchases, referral tags and Meta browser identifiers. Meta's use of that data is governed by its own privacy terms.
- Our own mailing list: if you subscribe, your email is stored on a server we run ourselves at list.thsn.shop and delivered via Amazon SES. It is not shared with a third-party marketing platform.
Order confirmations are transactional: you get them because you bought something. Marketing email is separate and opt-in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works. Unsubscribing never affects order emails.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Analytics data expires on Google's standard retention schedule. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@thsn.shop and we'll action it: we aim to reply within 30 days.
If you're in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights are legally yours and this is how you exercise them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with any tracker blocker; the shop works fine without them. You can also at any time.
If you're in the EU, UK or EEA, nothing beyond what the shop strictly needs runs until you've said yes. Elsewhere analytics are on by default and the link above turns them off.
Children
THSN is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
